“Received your voice mail message. Thanks for taking care of the items George requested at the house. It was a pleasure doing business with you and Jim." -- “We expect we will be down around 12/30/04, but will definitely either call or e-mail closer to the time so we can pick up the keys.” -- “Looking forward to some fun in the sun.” -- "It is cold here today and rainy,(at least it's not snowy), so I’m about to start a fire in the fireplace”.Barbara
I just wanted to say thank you for all of your efforts, expertise, moral support, patience and honesty that you have shown Mike and I. We can’t tell you how pleased we are to have this closing behind us, as I am sure you are as well.
Bob, I hope you enjoyed your trip to San Francisco. Becky took good care of us while you were away.
Talk to you both soon. Mike and Janie
Bob, just wanted to thank you for your help with renting the condo. I put your check in the mail last night and you should get it soon. Did you send the renters check to us yet? I hope to hear from MeadowCroft soon so that Lenny can get moved in.
Once again thanks again for everything and I sure hope that you have a great year.Steve Adrian
You made buying a home so easy for my wife and I. We were grateful for how much patience you used in answering all of our questions and taking us to look at so many houses. You never pushed us into looking at something we were not interested in. We strongly recommend you to anyone looking at buying a new home.Bob and Mindy Lawrence
This email is being to you as a heartfelt thank-you for being our real estate broker. When you quickly put our house back on the market (after the prior deal fell through), you opened the door for the buyer to find the listing. That action made the difference.
I am not good with surprises, so finding out the money for the house was not available/wired into the account ready for the closing, did not feel right. Never comfortable with being left withou8t money after an agreement. Glad the money came through while we were there for everyone's sake.
Hope you have many real estate closings in 2013!Lynn Deuitch
